Coaching sessions can encompass any area of a client’s life, future, present or past.

• The future might be about focus, setting goals and establishing new behaviour and resources.
• Present day issues might include improving rapport, self-confidence, mediation, health issues, dealing with incongruity, communication or fear of failure etc.
• Sometimes issues are strongly linked to the past such as traumas, abuse and phobias, lingering anger and grief, recurring unwanted patterns/beliefs and loss of purpose and self-image.
